TCC Round 6 Timeline:

  • April 29, 2026: The TCC Round 6 Final Guidelines, Application Technical Assistance Request Form, Other Climate Innovation Proposal, and Implementation Grant Pre-Proposal are released. 
  • May 29, 2026: The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is posted. The full application is released and the application period begins.
  • July 15, 2026: The Technical Assistance Request Form is due for priority consideration. 
  • June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST: Deadline for submitting the Implementation Pre-Proposal (this form).
  • September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST: The full application is due and the application period closes.

Submit to TCC Round 6 Pre-Proposal (Implementation Grants Only)

All Implementation Grant applicants are required to submit a Pre-Proposal through Submittable. Pre-Proposals are due on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PST.

The Pre-Proposal is an opportunity for applicants to provide a broad overview of their implementation concept, proposed Projects and Plans, and overall vision to receive feedback from TCC staff. TCC staff will review all Pre-Proposal submissions to assess whether an applicant is likely to meet the Application Requirements by the application due date. All applicants who submit a Pre-Proposal may submit an application regardless of the feedback they receive.

Pre-Proposals do not apply to other TCC grant types and submissions will not be reviewed.
