TCC Round 6 Pre-Proposal (Implementation Grants Only)

All Implementation Grant applicants are required to submit a Pre-Proposal through Submittable. Pre-Proposals are due on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PT.
The Pre-Proposal is an opportunity for applicants to provide a broad overview of their implementation concept, proposed Projects and Plans, and overall vision to receive feedback from TCC staff. TCC staff will review all Pre-Proposal submissions to assess whether an applicant is likely to meet the Application Requirements by the application due date. All applicants who submit a Pre-Proposal may submit an application regardless of the feedback they receive.
Pre-Proposals do not apply to other TCC grant types and submissions will not be reviewed.
